Homeowner Agreement

1.1 These terms and conditions of use (Terms) explain how you may use our renewables installation platform (Platform). These Terms apply between Heat Geek Ltd (we, us or our) and you, the person accessing or using the Platform, or, if you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a corporate entity, that corporate entity (you or your).
1.2 You should read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By using the Platform or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you should stop using the Platform immediately.
1.3 You must be over the age of 18 to use the Platform and to register for an account.
1.4 If you are using the Platform or registering for an account on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
2.1 We are Heat Geek Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11887015. Our registered office is at Sustainable Workspaces, County Hall, Belvedere Road, London, SE1 7PB.

5.5 By submitting content, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it.
5.6 Subcontractor-generated IP related to subcontracted work belongs to us.
5.7 Public Submissions may be viewed by others—avoid sharing personal information.
7.1 We will act to remove accounts or content breaching these Terms when notified.
7.2 Report inappropriate content to us immediately.
8.1 We handle personal data per our Privacy Notice.
9.1 All intellectual property in the Platform belongs to us or our licensors.
9.2 You have no ownership rights beyond using the Platform as permitted.
9.3 You may not modify or remove copyright or legal notices.
10.1 We do not guarantee confidentiality of non-personal submissions.
10.2 Non-personal submissions may be used freely by us.
11.1 We try to maintain accuracy but cannot guarantee it.

14.3 Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
