Competency Call
An informal 30–45 minute virtual call with a fellow engineer. Tell us about your background, your design process and a job you're proud of and we’ll ask you some heating design questions to check you’re putting the knowledge from the courses into practice.
Account Setup
We set up your account, send your Partner Link, and give you access to Heat Geek courses and onboarding training.
iPad Delivery
Your iPad Pro pack is on its way. Complete your onboarding training, set your prices, and start offering ZeroDisrupt to your customers.
What you need to qualify
The Installer
To qualify, you'll need to have completed the Heat Geek Awakening and Mastery courses, and hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent) — or be able to evidence 4+ years of hands-on experience. A member of your team must hold both a Domestic Hot Water Storage Systems (G3) Certificate and a WRAS Water Regulations Certificate. You'll also need to consent to a DBS check.
The Business
Your business will need £2,000,000 public liability insurance, a website or social media presence with a contact number and email address, and a history of good reviews on reputable review sites.
