Always at the end of an email with exactly what I required. The only downside is that there isn’t someone to speak to but, in reality, it isn’t required once you have your local heat geek assigned to you. There is a wealth of information available on the website for anyone thinking of making what we now realise is the obvious choice in low carbon technology. Would be nice to have more information available about the DNO process as that took longer than any of the heat geek processes combined.

We exchanged several emails to refine the system design, which was great. Darren made particular efforts to enable the system to proceed by considering a location physically away from our house due to nearby windows and doors, and fitting the hot water tank into a tight space. Darren and his colleagues turned up on time every day and kept disruption to a minimum, enabling me to continue to work from home during the installation.

In a nutshell absolutely perfect from start to finish. They came when they said they were coming, a three man team that did not stop for 3.5 days solid. The work carried out was to the highest level, I was walked through the installation live step by step and what was to be expected once completed. Every day after work was comple the house was tidied up and left clean. On completion I was taken through the controls and was told that they was just at the end of the phone so do not hesitate to call with anything I needed to know.
