Erik is the director of A E Renewables Ltd, bringing over 16 years of experience in gas and plumbing. Gas Safe registered and Heat Geek certified, Erik is passionate about technical excellence, hydronic systems, and staying up to date with new technology and regulations in the heating industry.

Gareth Hurford is the owner of Hurfords Heating, a family-run business serving Salisbury and the New Forest. With over 20 years of experience and Heat Geek training, Gareth leads on system design, project management, and installation—offering a bespoke, high-standard service focused on customer satisfaction and sustainability.

James and the WellPlumbed team have spent the last 15 years installing, servicing and repairing gas boilers across Chichester and Bognor Regis. Approved installers for Vaillant, Baxi and Viessmann, they now offer air source heat pump installations too, backed by Heat Geek and Northampton Heating Academy training.

Ross founded The Sussex Heating Care Company in 2018 after more than 10 years with a national company, and over 25 years in the plumbing and heating industry overall. Qualified in gas, oil and heat pump installation, he's completed the full Heat Geek course series and Vaillant's own heat pump product training.

Ronan is a partner at SL Energy, formed from two heating and plumbing companies each with over 30 years' history. He's completed both Heat Geek courses and training at the Northampton Heating Academy, and has a heat pump installed and monitored in his own home to prove the technology works.
