Darren is the director and lead engineer at The Smart Boiler Company. With 20 years in the industry and a deep commitment to learning, he specialises in low-temperature systems and weather-compensated heating. Darren proudly runs a home heat pump, showcasing his belief in the future of renewable heating.

Since leaving the army in 2015, Richard has built a successful domestic heating and plumbing business. With qualifications in heat pumps, solar thermal, and water systems, he is passionate about decarbonising UK homes and constantly developing his skills to support the goal of reaching Net Zero.

Grant is director of GAS Ltd, based in Malvern, where the team has served customers from a local shop since 1997. He qualified as a gas engineer in 2007 and took over as director in 2016, and now leads the team into heat pump installation while keeping the company's local reputation intact.
