Courses are developed and presented by practice heat pump installers in the industry. Installergy covers the full installation process from survey to commissioning, taught by active Heat Geek installers. NOCN accredited, giving you a Level 3 Heat Pump Installer qualification regulated by Ofqual. To gain the official qualification you must complete an installation through the Heat Geek Upgrades Platform.

What do I do if I have any issues with Heat Geek learn?
If you have any issues with the course content or questions about topics then head to our Community Groups on Facebook. These are linked at the start of each module. If you’re having any problems accessing your course, logging in, or completing a module, just email support@heatgeek.com. Our support team will help you get back on track as quickly as possible. Be sure to include your full name and the email address you used to sign up so we can locate your account quickly.
Is the Heat Geek Course accredited?
Yes, Installergy is MCS accredited through NOCN. To complete your certification you need to take the Installergy course and then do a heat pump install through our platform as part of the examination.
