- Electrical survey – to check if your fuse board and cabling can handle a heat pump and unvented cylinder.
- Water pressure check – to see if your home is suitable for a high-performance hot water system.
- Noise and placement survey (MCS 020) – to make sure the heat pump is positioned so it won't disturb you or your neighbours.
- AR visualisation – using augmented reality to show you exactly how the heat pump will look in place.
This process ensures your system works efficiently and with minimal disruption or expensive fixes later.
2. To give you clarity and choice
Once the survey is done, your Heat Geek will design multiple options tailored to your home and budget. Whether you go ahead now or later, you’ll know:
- What needs to be upgraded (if anything)
- What your choices are (e.g. higher vs lower flow temperatures)
- How each option affects upfront cost and long-term savings
