Heat pumps done the HeatGeek way

The website and communication is spot on. Incredibly useful having all the digital paperwork at the end of the process. I would say that the efficiency guarantee is a huge factor in selecting heatgeek, however without an open energy monitor setup, we are reliant on the manufacturers own data which I understand is far from accurate. Which in hindsight leads me to confusion as to how the guarantee is meaningful without accurate efficiency data. I’d like to hear back from you regarding this, and we expect to achieve over 5SCOP from our system as everything has been engineered for maximum efficiency.

Great service, though the process of getting the grant etc is a bit tedious, nothing to do with Heat Geeks but still an important part of the experience. Perhaps communication could be better, courtesy phone calls and whatnot and the process could be explained better, things like the need to obtain supplier network approval and stuff.
